Identification of Management Styles with the Use of ICT Support Instruments

Purpose: The article is an attempt to assess the possibilities of selected ICT support tools, in process examining competences and predispositions management (command) staff relation styles. Design/Approach: research was carried out with qualitative methods using STRD thermoregulatory scanning, static eye-tracking data recording on passive RFID NFC transponders. concerned a pilot group students Military Academy who were tested isolated conditions subjected influence stressors.
